I DON'T ACT AS A CLOSING AGENT
Notary Signing Agents must be careful not to act as a closing agent when performing their duties. A closing agent prepares and completes documents, disburses funds and performs other tasks needed to complete real estate transactions. Signing Agents work for closing agents, but they are involved only in the signing portion of the closing agent’s duties. Signing Agents do not draw up documents, disburse funds or provide written history of the title. They act mainly as a courier and impartial witness to signings.

Our closing fees are:
Loan Document Signings:
Delivery (FedEx, etc.) - $100.00
Faxed or Emailed Loan Documents - $125.00
Multiple Loans (i.e. 1st and 2nd Mortgages, etc.) – add an additional $25.00
Cancellations (two hours or less) - $50.00
Loan document signings outside of Leon County require an additional fee of $20.00 (for round trip).
I provide quality, courteous, and professional service. All packages are returned immediately following the signing.

Note: Upon request additional notaries are available to perform services thru Unique Business Ventures. All credentials and training are verified by the owner. All paperwork and closing documents are reviewed with each notary before and after the closing to ensure quality work and accurateness.
