Congratulations to the Bride and Groom! Unique Business Ventures (UBV) is here to provide you with a complete and affordable marriage celebration that will make your special day magical and memorable. Our goal is to ensure that you express your loving commitment to one another in a unique and truly beautiful wedding ceremony.

At Unique Business Ventures, we have a legal Wedding Officiant/Notary authorized to perform weddings in the State of Florida. We also have a licensed and ordained minister on staff for couples who prefer a more traditional style ceremony. We officiate weddings in the following Florida Counties: Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Wakulla, Franklin, Madison, Suwannee, and other surrounding areas. We welcome your calls and inquiries.

The bride and groom must obtain a valid Florida marriage license from a County Judge or Clerk of the Circuit Court and present it before the marriage ceremony. We suggest that you call to find out the specific items and/or information required in order to issue a marriage license. Remember, the marriage license must be used within sixty (60) days from the "effective date". Below is the effective date criterion:

If both parties are Florida residents, both may attend a premarital class and present completion certification of the class to the clerk at the time of application. This certificate of completion waives the mandatory three day waiting period before the marriage ceremony may take place.
If only one of the applicants is a Florida resident and the Florida resident takes the course, there is no waiting period.
If both parties are out of state residents, there is no waiting period.

Unique Business Ventures will play an active role in one of your most precious and important events of your life.

Although it is not required for you to meet personally with UBV, we will make every effort in developing the wedding of your dreams. UBV will communicate with you via telephone, fax, e-mail and U.S. mail.

We can perform your Wedding or Committment Ceremony at your home, park, beach side, banquet room, any special selected location or we can select a venue for you. You can write your own vows or let us do them for you! Your Ceremony can be as simple or as formal as you like.
